Extra fees may be placed depending on complexity of design, &/or if there are decisions to have complete redos / start over of design mid production. A quote will be given to you prior to starting your order.

I have the right to deny, or stop a commission for various reasons, or if they do not follow my ToS.

Orders are not first come first serve.

There may be a bit of a wait time after the order form has been sent to me. I usually send out the invoices when I am prepared to start your order and will keep track of progress on my trello.

Heavily detailed charas, and any major changes after the sketch has been approved will have an additional cost.

All prices are in USD; Paypal only.Payment of invoice is required within 48 hrs. Failure to pay on time without reason will result in your order being cancelled.

Once paid, time of completion will usually range between from 1 week to 1.5 months. However, some time may vary upon current queue, commission type, or personal reasons.

Finished image(s) will be sent via the email provided as 300dpi PNG files.

Completed commissions are nonrefundable.

Refunds are situational. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, partial refunds are given. You will not recieve the full resolution file of the unfinished product if cancelled.

If my main queue is filled, but you have sent in an order form prior to closing, waitlisted orders will be sent notifications for being put on the waitlist, then another for confirmation once there is space in my main queue. You are free to cancel the order if desired.

My commissions are for personal use only. EX: Cropped for icons, banners, device bgs, posting on your own accounts (with credit), personal galleries, etc. For commercial use, please see below.

Please do not claim the art as your own, use it for mass produced merchandise, or remove my watermark/ signature.

My commissions are NOT allowed to be bought or sold for crypto, sold as NFTs, or to be used in AI training (this includes any wip sketches given and/or the final product). You will be banned from further commissions from me if caught.

I usually post finished commissions onto my social pages with credit to the username given for contact. please let me know if you would like to opt out on me posting them.

Please notify me to discuss further before sending in a form. Fees will be added to your order once agreed upon, and will be taken into more consideration as I work on the piece. (ex: certain formats, color levels, etc.)

Commercial fees will only apply to the art done for one order type. Example: A custom and beanie chibi to be used for streams will each have their own commercial fee depending on its intended uses.

ex: nonprofit streaming (for illusts/customs): +40% base price. /// for full commercial: x2 the total price. // for small amounts of personal merch: ranges (beanies, some illusts): x1.25 - x1.5

You will be allowed to use the artwork in what has been agreed on. ( ie: small amounts of personal merchandise (under 25, stream assets). I do NOT allow the created art to be used as game assets or to be used for mass produced items for sale, to train AI, or resold as your own.

I do not offer full rig-ready models / files.

Please have a colored, full body, reference for your OCs / designs. They don't necessarily have to be 100% clean, but every bit helps. Descriptions and / or additional images of specific details are appreciated. If there are multiple outfits on your oc / character, please specify which outfit you would like

Toyhouse, imgur galleries, or a google doc/drive folder are highly recommended for all commission types. Please make sure these are sharable.

Drawn out/collaged examples of your idea / pose are welcomed!

References with artistic or partial nudity are OK, as long as it is meant to be sfw. (ex: in underwear or censored nude, barbie doll anatomy, scar/tail refs, etc). If the ref is has a full nude ref and you unable to change it, then please give a heads up in the form.

Please do not send or include explicit nsfw or guro art along with the sfw images, even if censored or cropped, thank you. ;-; ) (TH profiles w/ nsfw placed in a separate tab / sub galleries are ok to send)

Please send reference images with white/natural lighting if possible! This helps me with getting the base colors correct, as I do not play the game and am not familiar with the items.

No dynamic pose photos, high contrast lighting, or filters please.

Please include any close ups of specific accessories if you would like them included! (scars, markings, items, accessories, weapons, etc)

Details will be simplified for Chibi due to size & style.

I accept references/ideas made through doll makers, moodboards, inspiration images, collages, photo folders, drawn references, etc.

Please be specific with what you would like! If unsure on details, we can discuss further. Feel free to ask for design changes during the sketching phase.

If they are part of a closed species that I'm not familiar with, please link me to the species sheet in the form / th profile / doc.

Any major changes to the design once the sketch has been approved will have additional costs.
